Plush character toys The Piplings from the CBeebies Television show Waybuloo are expected to be the most sought after toys for under fives this Christmas.

Shopping for Toys for Christmas 2009 is not going to put a massive strain on the purse strings the Retailers Association (TRA) announced, on Wednesday 28th October, the TRA’s annual ‘Dream Toys’ list, which is the toy industries official prediction of Christmas best-sellers.
